ইক্বরার লক্ষ্য হলো বর্তমান ও ভবিষ্যত প্রজন্মের জন্য স্রষ্টার ঐশী বাণীর সমন্বিত অধ্যয়ন ও সার্বজনীন প্রয়োগের জন্য জ্ঞানদীপ্ত অনুশীলন।
ইক্বরার উদ্দেশ্য হলো কুরআনের বাণীর উত্তরোত্তর সমৃদ্ধ অনুধাবনের জন্য টেকসই ভিত্তি প্রস্তুত করা এবং জীবন ও সমাজের প্রায়োগিকতার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় জ্ঞানভিত্তিক ফ্রেমওয়ার্ক বা কাঠামো নির্মাণ।
গুম-ক্রসফায়ার-বিচারহীনতা, কারখানা তালাবদ্ধ রেখে শ্রমিকদের পুড়ায়ে মারা,সহ শিল্প-কলকারখানে এবং যানবাহন-সড়ক-পানিপথে কাঠামোগত হত্যা, করোনা-লকডাউনে গরীব-মধ্যবিত্তের ভয়াবহ জীবন-জীবিকা-মর্যাদালুন্ঠন, উন্নয়নভাবাদর্শে জীবন-প্রতিবেশ ধ্বংস - এই তালিকা শেষ হবার নয়।
জুলুমশাহী এবং জালিম যে উপনিবেশ-পুজিবাদের আগে ছিলোনা- এমন নয়।
কিন্তু ঔপনিবেশিক-আধুনিক- পুঁজিবাদী - পুরুষতান্ত্রিক দুনিয়া ব্যবস্থাপনা জুলুমশাহীর গুনগত এবং ব্যবস্থাগত অনেক পরিবর্তন ঘটাইছে, যা এমন কি অতীতের ‘সুন্দর/ আদর্শ’ সময়গুলিকেও বর্তমানের/ সাম্প্রতিকের সংবেদনাজাত নির্মান থেকে মুক্ত রেখে আমাদের ভাবতে দেয় না, অনেক সাধনা করতে হয় তার জন্যেও।
এই যে আমরা ঔপনিবেশিক- আধুনিক- বর্ণবাদী-পুজিবাদী-পুরুষতান্ত্রিক রাষ্ট্রপ্রকল্প- রাষ্ট্রমডেল, সেই মডেলে দেশ-সমাজ-দুনিয়া ব্যবস্থার জন্যে এবং তার ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্যে জ্ঞাতসারে বা অজ্ঞাতসারে নিজদেরকে আমরা উৎসর্গ/শহীদ/বলি দিতেছি বা হইতেছি- তার স্বরূপ কি?
কিভাবে তা ‘অতীত’এর কুরবানি, বলি বা উৎসর্গের সাথে যুক্ত বা বিযুক্ত?
কোরবানি/ উৎসর্গ/ বলি- এসবের সামাজিক- নৃতাত্ত্বিক - ধর্মতাত্ত্বিক- ঐতিহাসিক সুলুক সন্ধান সম্ভব?
নানা দেশ-কালে দ্বীন-ধর্ম-উপাসনার বুঝ-বুঝান্তর কেন পর্যালোচনায় নেয়া জরুরী, বিশেষ করে আজকের দুনিয়ার, ‘ওয়ার অন টেরর’ কালের পরিচয়বাদী এবং পরিচয়ফ্যাসিবাদী রাজনীতি এবং দ্বীন-ধর্ম বুঝের সয়লাব কালে?
