ইক্বরার উদ্দেশ্য হলো কুরআনের বাণীর উত্তরোত্তর সমৃদ্ধ অনুধাবনের জন্য টেকসই ভিত্তি প্রস্তুত করা এবং জীবন ও সমাজের প্রায়োগিকতার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় জ্ঞানভিত্তিক ফ্রেমওয়ার্ক বা কাঠামো নির্মাণ।
The British imam Dr Taj Hargey says when people say facial masking is part of Islam "that clearly is a lie".
He told Hardtalk's Stephen Sackur: "Repeating a lie ad infinitum doesn't make it the truth".
Dr Harjey, who founded the Muslim Educational Centre in Oxford and the Open Mosque in Cape Town recently defended Britain's former foreign secretary Boris Johnson over his criticism of the burka saying he should "not apologise for telling the truth".

In South Africa, an Oxford educated history scholar, Taj Hargey, established the Open Mosque. Hargey intended the mosque to be more open to demographics traditionally shunned by Sunni and Shia mosques, like women. Hargey describes the principles of the mosque as, "Quran-centric, gender equality, non-sectarian, inter-cultural and independent".
